You all loved our blog post on the best places to eat lunch in Fort Wayne, so we've written up our favorite places to get pizza in our hometown.

Pint & Slice – Located on Calhoun Street, Pint & Slice is one of the most popular restaurants in downtown Fort Wayne. Try Da Boss pizza—it’s loaded up with every topping you can think of. Don’t forget your glass of beer, either—they always have craft beer on draft.

800° -- 800 Degrees has two locations: one on Illinois Road and one on Lima Road. Whichever one you choose, check out the Verdure pizza. It’s got a white sauce, an abundance of veggies, and is topped with a super yummy chive oil.

Zianos Italian Eatery – With three locations, you’re never too far from one of these in Fort Wayne. There aren’t many places that you can get shrimp on a pizza, so don’t miss The Shrimp Alfredo at Zianos. It’s got veggies, a homemade alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and, of course, shrimp. The breadsticks here are pretty amazing—order double!

Mad Anthony Brewing Company – While it has grown and expanded to other cities in Indiana, the restaurant on Broadway in Fort Wayne is the original. The Politician is a good place to start for pizza here, with all kinds of meat and veggies. Really, though, the star of this place is the beer. You can’t go wrong with any of their specialty brews, but the Raspberry Wheat and the Good Karma IPA are our favorites.

Oley’s Pizza – Oley’s is on Highway 24, but the drive is totally worth it. You should stick to the classics with this place and go with the Oley’s Deluxe which is a standard sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onion pizza. Whichever pizza you pick, make sure to get it with the Double Crust. Its two thin crusts with cheese stuffed in the middle. Perfection!
