In no particular order:

  1. Salsa Grille – Just off of I-69 and Jefferson, Salsa Grille is a go-to destination for made-to-order Mexican fare. You will most likely find us there on a Monday, when burritos and bowls come with a drink for $5.99.
  2. Salvatori’s- Located off of Illinois and Scott Road, Salvatori’s offers the best Italian lunch specials in town in an intimate yet family friendly environment. Highly recommended by PITG co-founder Jason Horne is the hand-rolled manicotti.
  3. J K O'Donnell's- In the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, J K’s offers quality food and great service along with authenticity rarely found on this side of the pond. We had a tough time coming up with just one recommendation because you won’t be disappointed with any of their Irish fare, but our systems engineer Clint Wilson says that the Bangers and Mash or Shepherd’s Pie is the place to start.
  4. Saigon- About a half mile south of downtown on Calhoun Street, this diamond in the rough boasts some of the best Pho Thai and Crab Rangoon around. Account manager Kyle Sales recommends Pho Thai or Pho Ga to the brim with toppings, including jalapenos and sriracha.
  5. Buffalo Wings and Ribs- Just around the corner from our office, Buffalo Wings and Ribs has great lunch specials every day. Systems engineer Scott Diehl recommends the wings, bone-in or boneless, tossed in Shanghai Red sauce. Don’t forget an extra glass of water!

Bonus: Favorite Burger in town – Scotty’s Brewhouse offers the shewman special, an award-winning burger topped with peanut butter, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
