  To contact support, follow these steps:  

1. Send an email to support@preferreditgroup.com, please supply as much detail as possible to aid us in researching for a resolution. Do not copy your email to others at our facility as it breaks our support process and could slow down your resolution.

2. Log a support case by using our support portal.
If you are the primary contact and do not have a login, please email
support@preferreditgroup.com with your desired password and we'll get it setup for you.

3. Of course the above options are not always available so in this case, give us a call at 260.213.4266 or 866.369.1970 and select option 1.

4.  Preferred Care clients can submit your help request directly via the VT agent.  Virtual Technician Icon that shows in the right corner of your PC or Server and is part of our Preferred Care Services

 

  Support Tools

Remote Assistance
.

Allows a support technician to remote control your machine.

This remote tool is completely secure and encrypted and allows us to give immediate remote support assistance.

This option will require a small active-x file to be installed.
   

Install Support Client

"Virtual Technician"

Virtual Technician Icon that shows in the right corner of your PC or Server and is part of our Preferred Care Services

This support client will connect you with our support system and start collecting status information about your system for diagnostic. Only install this client if advised by your support technician.
