How to Request Support

We provide several ways to contact our support team.  Please follow the steps below to get the fastest support possible.

Do not copy your email to others at our facility as it breaks our support process and could slow down your resolution.

2.  Log a support case by using our support portal.

3.  If the above options are not available, give us a call and select option 1.

4.  Preferred Care clients can submit your help request directly via the VT agent.
